Valencia Irish Cultural Association’s first cultural event of 2019 will be a matinee of Short Irish Films. It will take place at Cinemas Las Vegas Valencia, Plaça de Fra Lluís Colomer 4, 46021 Valencia on Saturday, March 2nd from 1545 to 1800.
The afternoon will consist of 4 short award-winning Irish films – Rubaí (12 minutes), The Sound of People (7 minutes), The Crush (15 minutes) and Yu Ming is ainm dom (13 minutes). Each film will be followed by a short, open discussion.
Doors open at 1545, with the first screening at 1600. The event will finish at 1800.
Admission is €5 (to cover cinema rental). The theatre has a capacity of 113 seats, and tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
This event is being supported by The Arts Council of Ireland, the Irish Film Institute, Screen Ireland and Culture Ireland.
